Vimeo was the first pitch I worked on after joining Berlin Cameron.
We were tasked to produce the first ever Vimeo brand TV commercial. The challenge, to tell people who have never heard of Vimeo what it's all about. A lot of artists and creative professionals had already joined, but the goal here was to show that everyone deserves what this great community has to offer.
We used the age-old saying "a picture is worth a thousand words" to convey that a video is worth even more. We wanted the spot to feature a wide range of user videos that would feel accessible to a new audience – because no matter if it was shot with a high-end cinema camera, or just a phone, a video is worth something to the person who created it. And it is worth sharing and worth being on Vimeo.
